All products are made to order using a print-on-demand process.
Production and shipping are handled by professional external fulfillment partners.
This allows us to avoid overproduction and reduce our environmental footprint.

Depending on the production location and destination country, orders are shipped via reliable logistics partners such as DHL, DPD, GLS, or comparable carriers.
The exact provider may vary and is selected automatically based on location, product type, and delivery country.

– Germany
– European Union

Note: Available shipping countries may vary depending on the product.

Production & Delivery Times

Since each item is made individually, total delivery time is divided into:

Production: 2–7 business days
Shipping within Europe: 3–10 business days

Please note that seasonal delays (e.g., Christmas) may occur.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and depend on:

– Destination country
– Shipping method
– Fulfillment partner location

Customs & Import Fees

For deliveries outside the EU, additional duties, taxes, or fees may apply.
These are beyond our control and must be covered by the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping costs may apply.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email.
Tracking is available once the carrier provides it. Not all shipping methods include tracking.
