Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return period. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items). If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item separately.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. As described above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
